Introduction

About Relationship Counselling

Relationships shape our wellbeing, and even strong ones go through difficult seasons. Relationship Counselling offers adults and couples a confidential, professional space to work on communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, life transitions and the patterns that keep repeating. This service is designed specifically for adults and couples — it is distinct from our child and family counselling services — with sessions focused on the relationship itself and the goals you share. Our counsellors support couples and individuals across Delhi and the Delhi NCR region, and online sessions are available for clients in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Kochi, Kerala and elsewhere in India.

  • Couples wanting to strengthen communication and connection
  • Couples navigating conflict, trust concerns or life transitions
  • Partners preparing for marriage or major commitments
  • Adults wanting to understand their own relationship patterns
  • Separated or separating parents working on co-parenting

Relationship counselling sessions are typically approximately 50–60 minutes. The number of sessions varies depending on each couple's or individual's needs and goals.

How it helps

How this service can help

A neutral space

A trained counsellor keeps conversations balanced and constructive, so both partners feel heard.

Practical communication tools

You learn ways to express needs, listen and disagree without damaging the relationship.

Clearer direction

Sessions help you identify patterns, clarify what you each want and agree on steps forward — together or individually.

What to expect

Getting started, step by step

  1. 1. First session together

We hear from both partners about what brings you to counselling and what you hope to change.

  2. 2. Shared goals

We agree on the focus of the work and how sessions will be structured.

  3. 3. Ongoing sessions

Regular sessions to practise new ways of communicating and working through the issues that matter.

  4. 4. Review and next steps

We review progress together and plan how to maintain gains beyond counselling.
