Play Therapy

Helping children express, process and grow through play.

Play Therapy supports children's emotional expression, communication, social development and wellbeing — using play, a child's natural language, to help them process experiences and build coping skills.

Introduction

About Play Therapy

Children often communicate through play long before they can put feelings into words. Play Therapy uses play — a child's natural language — as a gentle, developmentally appropriate way to support emotional expression, communication, social development and overall wellbeing. In a safe and supportive space, children can explore feelings, process experiences, practise social skills and build confidence at their own pace, guided by a trained therapist. Our team offers play therapy for children across Delhi and the Delhi NCR region, with support for families in Jaipur, Rajasthan and Kochi, Kerala.
