Introduction

About Counselling

Sometimes what helps most is a calm, unhurried space to talk things through. Our counsellors offer a confidential, respectful setting where people can explore what is happening in their lives, make sense of difficult feelings and build practical coping strategies — at their own pace. Child counselling gives younger children a safe, age-appropriate way to express feelings, while family support helps parents and caregivers steady the whole household.

Who we support

  • Children who benefit from a safe space to talk or play through feelings
  • Young people managing pressure, change and relationships
  • Adults seeking support for wellbeing and everyday coping
  • Parents and caregivers carrying the load of supporting others
